About

Kaitlin is a late-diagnosed autistic woman and accessibility advocate whose work is deeply rooted in lived experience. Growing up with a diagnosis of anxiety and multiple learning disabilities, she spent years navigating systems that weren’t designed with neurodivergent needs in mind. Her autism diagnosis in adulthood marked a turning point—a moment of clarity that sparked a journey of unmasking, self-accommodation, and radical self-advocacy.

Through Beyond Barriers, Neurodivergent Rising, Kaitlin channels that journey into a platform for others like her—late-diagnosed neurodivergent women and AFAB folks seeking to reclaim their narratives and redefine success on their own terms. Her work blends emotional intelligence and practical insight to support self-discovery and empowerment.

With a background in human resources and disability studies, Kaitlin also brings a systems-level lens to her advocacy. She understands the barriers that exist in workplaces and beyond—and is committed to helping individuals not only navigate those spaces, but reshape them. Her mission is to create tools, language, and environments that honor neurodivergent and disabled lives and make room for authenticity to thrive.
